For 2009 we will change the match format to closed squads.  At the each start time, entrants and Safety Officers will group into 3 squads.  Each squad will stay together and proceed to each bay in order, until the match is completed.

If you choose to work as a Safety Officer your name will be entered in an end of year drawing (1 entry for each 3 matches worked).  The prize is a $500.00 check to be used toward a firearms related purchase.

There will be a Safety Officer class (to be scheduled).  ACPL will pay the cost of the class for a ACPL member.

We will have two (2) steel matches this year. The second steel match will replace one of the scheduled scenario matches and be scheduled as the Match Director deems necessary.

This year the Classifier match will be count toward requirements for an end of year award .  To be eligible to compete in a Major IDPA event a member must have shot at least one (1) Classifier in that year.

End of year awards for competition will be awarded at the rate of 1 for each 3 qualifying entries.  To qualify for an end of year award, you must have competed in your division a minimum of five times this season.
